If you live in an area with below freezing temperatures, make sure you are tracking your packages and bringing them inside promptly. We will not replace paint or liquid items for freezing.

Orders typically are shipped in up to 10 business days. Handmade items may take up to three weeks. On occasion there are delays from shipping companies and weather that are out of our control. Most of our products clean easily and will just require water and soap to clean off the items it leaked on. We will reship whatever is unusable, as long as pictures are given to prove damage and so we can submit a claim to the shipping company. Without the photos we cannot validate damage and cannot get a refund for your items being damaged. In those cases you will need to submit a claim to the shipping company to receive a refund.
